Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Enduring Thread Kitchen (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Enduring Thread Kitchen helps families preserve and share recipes with the stories that gave them meaning. You can create your own recipes, share them into family groups, add stories and notes, and create variations of recipes you can see. The Service is provided as-is and may evolve over time as we add features.

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure (a strong password helps, and we recommend not sharing it). You’re responsible for the content you add to the Service and for the people you invite to your family groups. You can change your account settings or delete your account at any time from /settings/account.

Recipes you create, photos you upload, and stories you write remain yours. By adding them to the Service, you grant us permission to store, display, and process them for the purpose of running the Service for you and the people you choose to share with. You can download a copy of your data anytime from /settings/account» Download my data.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you don’t have the right to share.
• Harass, harm, or impersonate other people.
• Try to break or abuse the platform.
• Use the Service for anything illegal.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from /settings/account. We can suspend or end an account that violates these terms.

The Service is provided “as is.” Recipes are user-contributed and aren’t reviewed for safety, accuracy, or fitness for any specific dietary need. You’re responsible for confirming that any recipe you cook is safe for the people you’re cooking for — especially regarding allergies and dietary restrictions.

To the extent permitted by law, Enduring Thread Kitchen isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll notify you (by email or in-app) before the change takes effect.
